Who are my assistants?
Virtually Boosted Assistants are based in the Philippines. They are fluent English speakers with college degrees who undergo a rigorous interview process. All Assistants are superivsed by Account Managers and are compensated well above market averages.
Can Virtually Boosted integrate with software I use?
Your Virtually Boosted Assistant can use any software you use.
How do I communicate with my Assistant?
You will be setup with a private Discord channel to communite instantly with your VA. You can also choose to communicate through other platforms and programs of your choosing.
How does customer support work?
Virtually Boosted customer support is available via email and your Account Manager is always available to assist you and can be reached via email or Discord.
Will Virtually Boosted sign an NDA?
Yes. Virtually Boosted can sign a non-disclosure agreement but we cannot sign a noncompete. Please note that if you only have your assistant sign the NDA, it will disclude your Account Manager and our ability to supervise the quality of work.
How much onboarding will my Virtually Boosted Assistant need?
While Virtually Boosted Assistants are selected through a vigorous interview process, they are still a new employee to you/your company! Taking the time to train and set expectations will go a long way in how well your Assistant can 'hit the ground' running!
